Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the DesignStuff online store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund and Shipping policies.

1. Who we are
DesignStuff is a small online shop selling shirts, ornaments and gifts. Our products are printed to order by print partners in the United States. The store runs on Shopify.

2. Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may cancel an order if a product was listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud; if we do, you'll get a full refund. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed item.

3. Made-to-order products
Every item is made after you order it. You can cancel or change an order by emailing us within 12 hours, as long as it hasn't gone to print. After that, orders can't be canceled. Returns and replacements are covered only as described in our Refund policy.

4. Personalized items
You're responsible for the names and text you enter, including spelling. We print them exactly as entered. We may refuse or cancel any order with text that is offensive, unlawful, or uses someone else's trademark or copyright, and refund you in full.

5. Shipping
Processing and delivery times are estimates, covered in our Shipping policy. Once the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave, it's your responsibility.

6. Designs and content
All designs, text and images on this site belong to DesignStuff or are used with permission. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use
Don't use this site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or submit false information.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
