Every Gifted Porch item is printed to order just for you, so each order needs a little production time before it ships.
Processing time
Orders take 2–5 business days to print and pack (Monday–Friday, not counting US holidays).
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Different items may ship separately from different print facilities.
Holiday deadline
Order by December 10 for the best chance of Christmas delivery. Once a package is with the carrier, we can't guarantee the arrival date.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change it, and we'll update it if your order hasn't gone to print. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Lost packages
If tracking hasn't updated for an extended time and your package appears lost in transit, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with neighbors and your local post office.
