Refund policy

Every DesignStuff item is printed just for you after you order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for size, fit, color or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund that item. To make a claim, email designstuffshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the problem. Claims without a photo or made after 30 days can't be covered.

Personalized items
We print names and text exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling, because errors in the text you entered aren't covered.

Packages marked delivered
Once the carrier marks a package delivered to the address entered at checkout, we aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages.
